At Ste. Anne’s Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all guests, including those with disabilities. Our goal is to create an inclusive, barrier-free environment where everyone can enjoy their time with us comfortably, with dignity and independence.

Historic Property Considerations

Our property features multiple buildings, on 500 acres of rolling countryside.  The oldest part of the original building dates back to the 1867. While this property and these historic buildings add to the charm and character of Ste. Anne’s, they also present unique challenges in terms of accessibility.  As a result, not all areas of the property, including some of our guest rooms and other facilities, may be fully accessible to individuals with mobility challenges. Over time, we have been continuously working to improve accessibility wherever possible.

We respect and comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA, 2005), including the Customer Service Standard and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation. Our commitment to accessibility includes the following areas:

Some rooms may have limited accessibility features due to the historic nature of the buildings.
