Get energized with a natural surge of creative inspiration in our new Floral Arrangement Workshop. Learn the art of crafting bouquets using beautiful blooms picked from our gardens which you then get to take home. This gentle activity runs from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting in June at the Kitchen Garden (weather permitting). Our knowledgeable gardening team will share expert tips and techniques to cultivate creativity that is just waiting to sprout.
Connect deeply to your inner self and feel complete serenity while wandering among lovely lavender in our guided Labyrinth Meditation class. We promise that it’s the self-care you need to quiet the mind, calm anxieties and bask in quiet self-reflection. The colour purple has long been associated with feelings of relaxation and lavender’s calming aroma helps reduce stress levels and boosts immunity.
Come for the lavender and the healthy hikes, stay for the yoga. And if it’s our popular Sunrise Yoga class that beckons, consider staying the night before. After a restful sleep, rise and shine with sun salutations in our Wellness Studio to energize you for a fabulous day ahead. Not an early riser? No worries, our Gentle Yoga at the Forest Pavilion focuses on revitalizing postures, meditation and breathwork in nature and perfectly fits into your spa schedule.
Other relaxing classes include Gentle Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Hatha Yoga and also Hot Stone Restorative Yoga which incorporates heated basalt stones placed gently on the body to soothe muscles and melt away tension. Breathe deeply and find inner peace with our Chakra Activation activity.
