Aside from enjoying the beautiful environment in the Northumberland hills overlooking Lake Ontario, you can work with a group of healing professionals who embrace lifelong learning and growth.
The culture is a healing, caring and nurturing environment with a strong spirit of social justice. Employees are welcome to use all facilities while on a paid day or overnight spa experience. Staff is provided with a discount on services, accommodations and products after three months. Wages are evaluated by department with the marketplace regularly to ensure we have competitive compensation packages that allow the staff to live comfortable rewarding lives.
We also offer a Compassionate Assistance Plan, which is designed to provide meaningful and timely help to those within the Ste. Anne’s family who are enduring an emergency or hardship (Available after three months of employment). We do not want to see our staff in a tough financial situation for any reason.
Ste. Anne’s has been around for over 30 years but is still in a growth mode. It has since launched its Skin Nourishment natural product line and opened a gluten-free bakery and apothecary onsite.
Plans for growth and expansion are always being considered, meaning opportunities for advancement are available.

Day Spa
- Eligible Staff, current, full-time.
- Price: $200 includes the use of the facility, lunch and afternoon tea and $150 spa credit.
- Does not apply to Friday, Saturday or Sunday or any statutory or civic holiday.
- Available twice a year.
- This discount may be extended to an accompanying friend or family member.
- There is no discount on additional services or meals booked
Overnight Stays:
- Eligible staff, current, full-time
- Price: $300 per night per person, includes room, facility use, afternoon tea, dinner, breakfast and lunch, and $150 spa credit
- Double occupancy only
- Available once per year
- Best available room if booked less than 5 days in advance
- Restricted to Haldimand, Sentosa and Birdsong if booked more than 5 days in advance
- Can only be booked for a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, single night only
- Cannot be used on civic or statutory holidays
- There is no discount on additional services or meals booked
Staff Draw – Each Pay Period
All full-time staff who work during a pay period will have their name entered into a draw to win one of 2 Day Spas. Staff who have missed scheduled work days will forfeit their prize.
These day spa vouchers will be subject to the same restrictions as above, are non-transferable, and expire one year after they are issued or when an employee leaves the company. They have no cash value.
Available to Full-Time employees after 6 or 9 months
(depending on your contract) of employment, maintaining a minimum of 32 hours a week.
- Life and Dependent Life Insurance is two times the salary for a member and for a spouse $10,000 and a dependent $5,000
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment (depending on limb or body part a portion of or up to 2 x salary)
- Out-of-Country Travel Coverage 30 days maximum lifetime coverage of $1,000,000
- Drug Coverage up to 95% of first $500 100% after up to annual $4000
- Health Benefits assorted coverage
- Extended Health (Paramedical), Massage, Shiatsu, Acupuncture, Naturopathic, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and more than $500 combined total with a $75 cap per service
- Medical Cannabis funding up to $700 annually
- Vision up to $300 every other year
- Dental up to $900 annually 95% to 100% coverage

There is an Open Door Policy at Ste. Anne’s Spa. This provides employees with the opportunity to take any concerns to any manager, member of the Executive Committee, Director or the Human Resources department.
Great training opportunities to expand knowledge and abilities in your current position. A general interest fund for personal interest courses or activities ($150 per course or activity) at six years 3 weeks of vacation
