In this half-hour meditation we will focus on the seven main Chakras, balancing and unblocking each chakra by practicing poses that encourage our energy to flow. We will work through each Chakra visualizing the given colour and bringing awareness to what the specific Chakra is responsible for. As we move through the Chakras we will practice a simple pose to engage that specific Chakra as we breathe through the pose.
