Walk your way to our open-air pavilion in the woods to experience a class that offers an opportunity to experience a practice that is both slow and peaceful. This class focuses on restorative and healing postures, as well as meditation and breathwork. When your class is done, the healing continues as you meander your way back to the spa through our beautiful trails and woods. *This class includes a 10-15 minute warm-up walk to the pavilion. Please note that this is typically an all-weather class, so please dress appropriately.
