Join us on a full-body workout with a vigorous pole walk on the trails of Ste. Anne’s Spa. This wellness class is a high-intensity and low-impact walk and is great for all ages and fitness levels. Benefits of this wellness class include reducing high blood pressure and strengthening muscles while promoting an upright posture that engages your core. Improve balance and stability with  4 – points of contact taking stress off of joint and knee pain. Enjoyable in all seasons. *Walking poles are provided as well as snowshoes during the winter.
