Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip
This cranberry whipped feta dip combines tangy feta and cream cheese with a vibrant cranberry-orange topping, finished with herbs and crunchy pistachios. It’s a fresh, flavorful addition to any spread, perfect with crackers or crostinis.
- 3 - oranges, juiced
- 1 cup - frozen cranberries
- 1 - orange zested
- 2 tbsp - honey
- 1 - sprig of thyme
- 1 tsp - chopped thyme
- 1 tsp - rosemary
- 6 oz - feta cheese
- 6 oz - cream cheese
- 1 clove - minced garlic
- 1 tsp - chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp - toasted chopped pistachio
- 2 tbsp - extra virgin olive oil
- Step 1
In a small sauce pot, juice three oranges . add the cranberries and sprig of thyme.

Cook the mixture down until the cranberries burst open and the sauce thickens.
- Step 3
Remove the sprig of thyme, add the chopped thyme, chopped rosemary and orange zest.

Refrigerate and let cool.

In a mixer, add feta, cream cheese, garlic and chilli flakes and pulse until smooth. Finish the mixture off with the olive oil.

Place the cheese mixture in a bowl, top with cranberry sauce and chopped pistachio.
- Step 7
Serve with crackers or crostinis.
