Our menu is a celebration of comfort food with a gourmet twist, featuring sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, tacos, poutine and our hand-punched fries. Every dish is crafted with passion and precision by chefs, ensuring that each bite is a memorable experience.
We’re all about fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our seasonal offerings, available from May through October, include bi-weekly features that keep things exciting and delicious. We proudly use local ingredients whenever possible, supporting our community and guaranteeing the freshest flavours. Our smoker infuses rich, smoky goodness into our in-house smoked brisket, pulled pork, chicken and more, adding a depth of flavour that’s hard to beat.
You can even taste the freshness in the greens and herbs we grow in our very own gardens right beside the truck. It’s all about bringing you the best, from scratch, every time.
