Honey Fermented Garlic & Chili Chicken Wings

- 24pcs fresh chicken wings
- 3tbsp Ste. Anne's Honey Fermented Garlic and Chili Sauce
- 1 green onion
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1/4 carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- Step 1
Start by cutting the carrot and celery into fine julienne’s.
- Step 2
Store in ice water until ready to use.
- Step 3
Season the wings with salt, pepper and a bit of oil.
- Step 4
Cook in oven at 350° until an internal temp of 165* is achieved, about 25-30 minutes, depending on your oven.
- Step 5
Once cooked, place the wings in a large bowl with the Garlic and Chili Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Step 6
Place 12 wings on each plate and spoon any excess sauce from the bowl over the wings.
- Step 7
Finely slice the scallion and sprinkle it with the carrot, celery and sesame seeds on top of the wings.
For additional heat, add more sauce or 1.5 tbsp of Ste. Anne’s Charred Chili Sesame Crunch to each plate.
