Korean Fusion Pork Burger
Experience a fusion of bold flavours with our Korean Fusion Pork Burger. Made with a juicy pork patty topped with spicy hoisin mayo and crunchy kimchi.

In a bowl combine 1 cup mayo with 2 tbsps hoisin and 1 tbsp sriracha.
- Step 2
In another bowl, add 1lb of ground pork, egg, bread crumb, and a 1/4 cup Korean bbq sauce.
- Step 3
Mix with hands and form into 3 even patties.
- Step 4
Grill until an internal temp of 165 is reached.
- Step 5
Toast your bun, add spicy hoisin mayo, pork patty, kimchi and more mayo on the top bun.
