Potato Salad with Pickled Potatoes

Discover a refreshing take on a classic favourite with our Potato Salad featuring our very own Ste. Anne’s Pickled Potatoes, available at our bakery. This delightful recipe makes a perfect addition to any small gathering or a cozy family dinner.

Serves 2-3


The Ingredients
  • 1 jar Ste. Anne's Pickled Potatoes
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/6th red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • ~1tsp fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
Optional Extra's
  • 1 strip of crispy bacon
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1/4 cup crab or lobster meat
  • or all of the above!
  • Step 1

    Start by draining the potatoes from the jar, reserving 1 tbsp of pickling liquid.

  • Step 2

    Slice the potatoes in whatever you desire; we go for thin coins.

  • Step 3

    Small dice the celery and onion and add them to the potatoes.

  • Step 4

    Finely chop the parsley and add it to the potatoes with the mayo and the reserved pickling liquid.

  • Step 5

    Add any of the additional toppings you would like, or come up with some of your own.

  • Step 6

    Season to your liking.
