Nestled within the 500 acres of our property lies Ste. Anne’s Apothecary, a haven of mindful craftsmanship. Here, the surroundings and the flourishing Ste. Anne’s gardens serve as wellsprings of inspiration. Each item we create is a testament to the beauty that nature graciously provides.
Depending on the season, the team gathers flowers and herbs and through an ancient distillation process produces extracts for soap, bath goods, balms, floral mists and butters. We source most ingredients directly from our gardens or from sustainable and ethical suppliers.
The Apothecary traces back to the vision of one of our gardeners, Darlene, who sadly passed away last year. Her legacy lives on through the passionate efforts of her granddaughter, Madison O’Connor. The narrative of Ste. Anne’s Apothecary is woven with threads of love, resilience and familial bonds. Darlene, alongside her friend Debbie, started the Ste. Anne’s gardens over two decades ago. Over time, Madison stands as a testament to the enduring spirit of her grandmother’s vision, nurturing it into a vibrant reality.
