Ste. Anne’s Orange Cranberry French Toast
This fluffy and flavourful recipe comes together quickly and easily with just few ingredients and our favourite Ste. Anne’s Orange Cranberry bread!
Serves 4
- 6-8 slices Ste. Anne’s Bakery Orange Cranberry Loaf
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- Step 1
Mix eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Step 2
Preheat pan over medium heat. Soak bread in the egg mixture for 2 minutes.
- Step 3
Melt butter in pan. Transfer to pan and cook for 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Garnish and enjoy!
